In the case of wet processing, the machine is made up of a self-cleaning rotary filter type FR always of our production, to allow the cleaning of water from the processing waste, guaranteeing a high level of functionality, robustness and productive reliability. The brushing unit can be configured in 2/4/6/8 heads with clockwise and anticlockwise rotation. The whole machine is equipped with electronics, inverters and electric axis actuators to allow highly configurations tailoring. The possibility to choose the type of cylinder according to the fabric to be treated allows to create a range virtually endless products. The assembly of metal profile cylinders allows our smoother to be used as a tiller. APPLICATIONS: The purpose of smoothing is to clean the fabric from surface impurities, lift the hair and make the hair uniform.
